    I believe there other relays that can be swapped to check that issue. I believe I tried that also.

    I had similar issues last year. The fuse was LOOSE and would only make contact intermittently. So check the fuse first.

    As far as who's chip is better, probably depends on who you ask at the time. I have a DI and have been pleased. But I know of other with TW's and they are pleased too. So take your pick.:dunno

    Have you removed your chip switch lately? If so you may have moved the stop on the switch and stock is no longer stock. Have you driven it with the chip pulled out? If so did it do the same smoke show?

    I'm going with the thought that the "stock" position is more than stock. This assumes that it is accelerating fine as you state.

    I you are considering using the one from your Lightening, I would contact Factory Tech first. I believe he has stated before that the Diesel application is programmed different. He does offer a Diesel specific valve body and yours might be able to be altered to Diesel specs. Give him a call...

    You can say what ever you want at your defense trial. it is your dollar. I have very little doubt that the person dipping your tank could care less your reason. He's likely heard it all before. So in all probablility you WILL be prosecuted and given the opportunity to defend yourself in court...

    I had seen the "other" sticker that stated the fuel was not for use in 2007 engines requiring ULSD, but this was a first. My thoughts were the same on the Bio and also figured they would label the pump of the Bio content to get some public greeny points.:dunno

    Just FYI Pronto did not rotate my S-pipe on my Super Duty either. Been fine for many years now with my poor mans exhaust.
