Religious tone to this

I hope this doesn't get me in trouble as this has been about the most tolerant place I have ever run across, but I just got an email from a friend of mine and wanted to pass it along. Before and if you read it, it is none of my business who or what you choose to believe in, and I promise that I will not want to cut your head off if you don't believe the same way as I do.

Here is what she sent me nothing more nothing less:

i do know that Jesus died for the remission of sins, God gave his only begotten Son.

And, i am thankful for those that have given their lives for this nation, so that we can continue to worship God and be able to tell others about him, without fear from man.
