    thanks for the input bud, i did talk to edge and they said their unit should not give me any problems like that, but who knows??....i also talked to suncoast and they said that the early super duty's had a different ecu then the later ones and sometimes you can swap ecu's or have a custom chip...

    the banks big head wastegate works well, i got it on my 00 f350, its def stronger and holds it closed longer, not to mention a much cooler noise when opened!! lol.....and its adjustable, pretty good upgrade imo

    its not that bad of a job to replace the lock mechanism, i did all four on my truck, your gonna pop the reflector out of the bottom of the panel and pop the switch panel up out of the panel, behind those are either 7 or 5.5 mm bolts, forget which, then you lift up on the door panel to remove it...

    4" Down Pipe HELP

    my 4inch downpipe from motoblue fit pretty good, had to clearance it right by the one shackle bolt for some room, little heat and a hammer, other than that it fit nicely, it all depends on how they weld it together or how its bent outta the jig.

    actuators most likely are the problem, the weakest ones will just give up or try to work a little bit, i had to replace one on mine, then once i did that one, the rf door went, lol...so i'm replacing the other three so i dont have to worry about it no more, and like you said, stop reachin across...
