    sounds like somethings wrong with the latch, whether the rod from each handle fell off, or are too bent to actually actuate the latch, or the latch is f'd up. Best bet is try to take the interior door panel off, i know it'll be a pita, but then you can get to the latch and hopefully you can...

    but now that i have it installed, i got mine from ITP by the way, awesome kit too, had everything i needed, but now since my truck has some decent blow by, it tends to look like a foggy mess behind me at idle sometimes, lol...mostly only notice at night when cars are behind me with lights on...

    just stop at your local ford dealer and grab a plate mount, its pretty cheap and well worth it for the factory look, it should come with the rivets too.

    Twins or one BIG ONE?

    IMO your better off with the true twins, while your obviously not lookin to soar your rpm's to the moon you still want faster spooling and more out the gate, which your gonna get with the true twins, i'm not to up on the other setup using them in sequence. I know what works on gas turbo...
