00 overhead console help

Hey guys, i asked about this a couple months ago and lost the members page that had the how to article on fixing the overhead mpg and temp puter on our trucks, i remember it had to do with soldering but i forget what exactly to do, mine finally stopped reading, a smack used to do it but now i gotta fix it, or replace, lol. Thanx for any help.
