Exhust Smell In my Cab

Ok just took my 06 F250 XLT 4x4 stock to the Dealer to find out why I have Exhust smell In my cab.
At every Red light I pull up to, or drive tru, I have exhust coming in from the windows, If I roll the windows up before I stop I get no smell, but since it already blowing in, if I roll up the windows I got a cab full of exhust smell.

My question Is, Is this common with yours? or do I have an Exhust leak somewhere? The Dealer say no leak, but as I drove it home the first light i came to I smell exhust.

I have 3year old and I dont want him breathing this at every red light or everytime I stop?

theres been a problem w/ earlier models...i got tired of fighting the dealer
and just keep my max/ac on...and id forgotten about it til just this
past weekend (finally coolin' off enough that i can run w/out max ac).

in the past (03/04/05) theres been a tsb for cracked/leaking exhaust.

the y pipe has had cracking problems...figure ill have to find an incense
stick or something and crawl under the truck to see if it blows the incense
smoke around...

buddy of mine had the same prob in his, ended up to be the ypipe gasket, i believe where it met the turbo, had to bring it to the dealer twice before they found it, was leakin so bad he had a oily smear all over his windows,

If you can see the pipe, it would be very black if there is a leak you can almost see where it is by the color on the pipe.

I know there is one, It just sucks I have to go thru you guys to find the problem!!!!

06 should be under warranty. I would take it to another dealer if possible.
