    Look at the locks made for transfer tanks. They have one that flips over and put a lock on. I think they will fit on a drum.

    overdrive problems

    Mine use to do that. What it ending up being was the wires in the steering column had gotten exposed. I just changed the switch out. Pretty easy to do and I think when I did about five years ago it was like under $50.

    I agree. Have one with a magnet and drive down roads rough as hell all the time and has yet to come off. If your worried about it coming off, out it on top of something that way it won't get jolted and come off. This is what my parents so.:sweet

    Broken Oil Dip Stick

    I would try getting some tuff thin string and wrapping it in circles. Then drop the circles over the dip stick in the tube. The circles should clamp together and pull it out. Thats what I sould try first then start spending money on slim needle nose or pulling the tube outto get it.

    A lot of people are raving over the FS2500. I think that is the one I am going to go with. A little pricy but they package everything you need to fit to your year model pickup with pre cut hose lengths to make it a bolt on kit.

    6.0 L starting?

    Why is it that the 6.0L take son long to start? They crank at least 2 to 3 times longer than my 97 7.3 takes. I have even noticed some of the 99-03 7.3 taking longer. What the deal with this?

    Completely died while driving

    I had some problems with my truck and it would stop running and die on me. Luckily mine would start back up. It would even cut out while driving down the road and then it would start running fine again. It ended up being a malfinctioning CPS.

    auxilary fuel tank

    I used the port at the bottom of the tank. That way its at the bottom and you can pumb it in gravity if something happens to the pump and you don't end up stranded without anyway to get it out. My tank had a small fitting welded on to the bottom already and I just plumbed into that.

    What I would do then is take a OEM bulb and then measure the resistance across it. Then measure the resistance across the LED bulb if they are different then get a resistor to put in their. Make sure to get a good resistor. I don't see why this would not work.I guess I never got the original...
