Here is a thread w/ similar codes.

https://www.powerstroke.org/forum/6...-gremlins-intermittent-no-crank-no-start.html

IMO it was a v-reference circuit problem for the OP in that thread.

ICP and EBP are the most common areas for v-ref problems (short circuits), but it can be at the MAF, MAP, Baro, APP, TPS, EGR, IAT2, EOT, ECT, TFT, WIF, Fan speed sensor, and the Instrument Cluster.

If it comes doen to it, you can disconnect each one of the sensors in bold above to see if it helps.

Awesome, thank you bismic.

Now with the fan speed sensor I don't have it plugged in because of mechanical fan clutch would that still be causing an issue or no because its not completing that circuit?

Having it unplugged wouldn't be causing the codes. No need to worry about that being an issue.

So I added the pid for v ref and it stayed at 5v the whole time, I also have some screenshots from when it went south so to speak.

Key on engine off
Cranking
Running
And then when it reaches about 120 oil temp it changes and the load jumps up, but at 85%
And then the ipr % is going down and then jumps above 30% when it runs rough

Well I can't see anything wrong w/ the sensors and v-reference looks good. Your rpms sure drop off though. That pretty much leads me back to the FICM or the HPOP. Can you get ahold of a known good FICM? If not, FICMrepair.com is honest and can test yours. Regarding the HPOP, the best test is an air test of the High Pressure Oil System on a hot engine. That said, it looks more like a fueling issue than anything. Which might even mean an injector.

You don't by any chance have a fuel pressure gauge do you?

Sorry for late reply been working on it today, I do not have a fuel gauge but I am sure I can get my hands on one.

Update:

I pulled both oil rails off to inspect seals and found the white (plastic?) ring on top of the upper dummy plug seal had broken, other than that no other issues. I had to take it all apart for the piece of mind that I didn't mess something up. All the top seals and oil rail seals were fine.

Is it possible that is my warm issue? Not saying I don't have other issues too

It could be the issue and they do need changing!. That teflon ring is to support the rubber o-ring. I don't believe it is there to seal, but if it isn't intact, it could allow the rubber o-ring to leak.

Quite frankly it is the first time I have seen anything about the new style dummy plugs failing. I am sure others have seen it, but I haven't.

Still leaves some questions on the codes. I am still not convinced that they are all related to a high-pressure oil issue.

Those codes are kinda confusing me, and with the new style dummy plug I'm guessing it was a mess up on my part not an actual failure maybe an idiot install

Were the dummy plugs OEM from a dealership?

I am not an "OEM on everything" person, but I do believe in picking and choosing the things that should be OEM only. Hadn't really given aftermarket dummy plugs much consideration - just wondering!

Oh, and compliments to you sticking with the troubleshooting. These engines sometimes are very hard to troubleshoot - even when it is in front of you hooked up to a high dollar diagnostic tool.
