    that is really a personal choice biodiesel is more time consuming but if you have more than 1 diesel is the short term cheaper route (if you build it yourself) svo/wvo route has more startup cost but long term is cheaper.

    why does this thing keep breaking?!?!?!

    there was a recall or a tsb to add a plate to the fire wall on the obs trucks with the diesels because it would crack and cause the piston in the clutch mastercyl. to bend i would check to see if it was ever done. could cause binding on the petal also

    certianly sounds like you are sucking air on the vac. side of the fuel pump maybe the lines at the tank does it have a pump in the tank?

    mine went @130000 springs failed on disk the 99 didn't have the dual mass. I installed the luk much lighter petal, higher clamp up load, I really like mine i'm at 191000 now

    I would keep the tuner off untill you get a egt gauge pyrometer what ever you want to call it or you my over temp your turbo with a stock exhaust and intake. 15 psi is normal till you open it up.

    how cold has it been? sounds more like fuel gelling not cps not that a cps failure would cause the same symptom but sounds like fuel starvation.
