    High Pressure Oil Pump or it's fittings on the high pressure lines would be my SWAG. My HPOP was leaking and was replaced under warranty a while back.

    I put 29.XX gallons in my 29 gallon tank a week or so ago. I usually fill at 1/4 or more left. I was holding out for some Bio-Willie though.

    The HPOP is covered under the warranty. My 7.3 had one replaced afew months ago. Don't take any BS from the dealership on this. Tell them to show where it states it is not covered.

    My 2001 has both an external fluid to air cooler and a radiator mounted fluid to water cooler. Yours should also. At some point earlier, 99 I believe, they only had a fluid to air w/o a radiator mounted also.
