Welcome to the site Tom, Sounds as if you have hit all the "What I would look at first" items, one other possible Fuel for thought, check the fuel line that enters the head, there is a fine screen that should be in place.... this is on both sides, if this screen is damaged, or missing...- Frankenstien

08 XLT Lartiat White/Silver 6.4 Crew F-350 4X4 .. all the Bells and whistles First observations.... Very quiet, Love that new Truck/Leather smell Power observations... I think this would give my 7.3 a good run for the Money, 0-20 Ft I would have em beat... then Id have to shift...- Frankenstien

I still don't think your cylinder temps are high enough... I would sometimes have these problems on those SUPER COLD Nights driving through Eastern Montana in January.... if I put a bib on the grill thiings would improve greatly.- Frankenstien

Scott your truck is not gettng warm enough.... try placing a piece of Card Board over the front of the Grill, You Gutted your EBPV, this is really something you needed for that X-Tra Cold that you in ... White is due to the cylindars not staying warm enough to burn the fuel... when you have...- Frankenstien
