The leveling Kit you can take your pic but from what I've found the rear blocks are best bought at Ford. Unless you can find them locally at a junk yard. If you have to get them shipped go to the dealer.

Read through all of Jims site. If your injectors are high mileage and having problems your going to have to replace them not rebuild them. There are some parts that are rebuildable but others that aren't. Contact Jim and he can help you out.
I'm running the canned tunes and for now I'm satisfied. You can also check Power Hungry performance, Gearhead Automotive, Swamps to get custom tunes. i haven't heard anything negative from DI tunes though.
It's a good chance you have a leaky windshield and your getting water on the fuse block and gem module. It seems to be more prevalent with the 99's for some reason.
How big's the skylight? How long does it look like it would take to do the job? I would think at least 4 hours and depending on if you have to have help with you anywhere between $250-500.
You can check injector cups but I thought that would mean you'd have a fuel smell in your radiator overflow. I'm pretty sure it's injectors they are wore that's why your seeing the oil loss.
Are you loosing a significant amount of oil while driving? It sounds like an injector issue but it could also be rings. You need to be able to run an injector buzz test. With that many miles I'm sure you've got some more bad injectors. The consensus is if you get more than 150k on your...
