my 7.3 has 280,000 on it and in the past couple months it has developed a smoking problem =( the smoke is blueish white its pretty bad at idle and when i take off, and if i rev it it just makes a thick fog. i just replaced 2 bad injectors and all the O rings 'cause they looked pretty bad, it had a little more power and ran smoother for a few minutes then just seemed to fade back to the way it was and its still smoking just as bad, any ideas?

Are you loosing a significant amount of oil while driving? It sounds like an injector issue but it could also be rings. You need to be able to run an injector buzz test. With that many miles I'm sure you've got some more bad injectors. The consensus is if you get more than 150k on your injectors your doing good.

it uses/leaks about a gallon between changes, it also has almost no power and smokes like crazy untill it gets up to 2500rpm, the smoke kinda smells like unburned fuel, how do i check if the injector cups are cracked? i would replace all of 'em but i cant afford it rite now i just put 2 out of my parts truck in it

I'd start by pulling the two injectors you replaced, and looking in the sleeve that it goes through in the head.. if it's cracked, you'll see it

You can check injector cups but I thought that would mean you'd have a fuel smell in your radiator overflow. I'm pretty sure it's injectors they are wore that's why your seeing the oil loss.

how did you know which two injectors where bad? you must have access to a buzz test, did you buzz test after you put the two used non rebuilt injectors in?

Had mine done in the truck but the guy said it was a PITA to do the last 2 next to the fire wall. Had to get a special tool from Ford to do it and make a thing-a-majig to work with.
