man this sounds familiar...check oil level first. If it is low, fill it. Check power...next run a external fuel line from rear of pump to small fuel tank, run it. Is it better? I had all kinds of crud in my pick up screens. Once that was clean my power came back. As for the smoke??? May want to check the injector bolt torque. I messed mine up the first time as well and started getting pressure into the cooling system. It sucks to pull the covers again but that is the way it goes.

turbo is good, now its running really bad, smoking, skipping worse, losing power but if i hold it to the floor when it gets over 2500rpm it stops smoking and takes off, any slower it just feels like its gunna stall

air in the fuel rails..
drive it like you stole it to purge it out.
