    ps Matt at gear heads handles the egr delete better and lets you still run the insights stagged alerts because his tune won't show the code or CEL Eric's just blocks the CEL not the codes

    I just read an article about installing an what I beleive was an ATS ,, they will only do warranties if an approved shop does the install and verifies pressures and flow ? I was surprised they would send the original owner the replacement unit without a retail shop getting involved? good luck

    I have GWC aka Guardian Warranty and they allow mods .. mine is lifted and for an additonal 500 they accept it ,, that being stated ,, they suck they covered 400 $ of a 930$ repair they have 70 BBB complainnts so avoid them

    I don't have a 7.3 so not 100% sure on the AE doing a re calibration you can only pull up menus for what it is plugged into so I can't check sorry

    I here ya ! I have a 6.0 and mine was already calibrated when I got it ,, find some one with an Automotive Enginuity the dealer used to want 100$ and I think i Would call BS that they don't do it anymore

    mine had a miss when cold since I bought it a year ago then it migrated to all the time ,, I just had 2 injectors replaced ,, no more miss no / low fuel and 6.0 injectors is bad mojo ,, ford can test this for you 100$ diagnostic

    on some ..the float arm is the pick up also ,, reason being so your not always sucking fuel from the bottom of the tank ,, but I am not sure on yours? but the two issues are prob related? after it started to run properly did the fuel level start reading correctly??
