    you're making plenty of boost. I would check all of my intercooler boots. When you hammer it...the egt's are gonna continue to climb even though you are making boost, so it might not be anything to worry about. Where is your pyrometer? pre or post turbo?

    sounds to me like you have a vaccum leak issue. my guess is the transfer case motor is fine. Check the vaccum lines going to each hub and inspect them for any cracks/kinks.

    x2 on that. i run that through there from time to time as well. As a rule of thumb though...do it when you havent added any of the 2 cycle oil. adding both of those is sort of double dipping in a way.

    iirc, there was no pats key on the f series until 08. excursions had them, but not trucks. sounds to me like you arent getting fuel. filter's clean? open the water separator and see if you get fuel coming out when you turn the key on?
