Diesel in the coolant can be cracked injector cup(s). I can point you to an excellent thread on another forum, but I'm not sure if that's allowed : "Fuel Injector cup replacement, Was FPR surprise"

well i got new injector o rings and new injector cups coming. has to be those cups. no way a bad head gasket could put raw fuel into anti freeze.
and the anti freeze still be green.

good call on that one. i totally forgot about that. i think its safe to say o-rings wont cause that though. if you had an o-ring issue, you would be getting diesel and oil mixed.

Yeah, but if you change cups and put the old o-rings back in what to you think his next problem will be?
