    You can get away with a EGR delete as long as you don't get emissions testing. I would leave the EGR valve intact because that is a obvious thing that would thrown a red flag. If you want to be real sneaky look at this>BPD

    I would recommend cleaning your EGR valve every 10K. You can also tell if it has a EGR delete by looking for the EGR cooler or if the EGR valve gets dirty after you clean it the EGR system is working as to EPA regs. IE: no EGR delete.
