egr cooler or head gaskets

how can you tell if the head gaskets are leaking or its the egr. lots of steam coming out of exhuast. pressure builds in rad tank. runs good other wise just looks like steam engine. no miss or anything. only code i get is of course egr out of flow range. ive seen a few of these steam but never like this. i can close down a free way with it.

Well thats a really good sign that you could have head gasket problems.

Steam out the exhaust means EGR cooler. Check your oil cooler too!
