When the dealer hooks it up to flash it they can tell if has a tune - u can tell if it has studs just by looking at the head bolts, Egr delete u can look at the egr valve on the top of the motor and see if it has a plug in it instead of the valve and/or look on the passenger side of the motor in the valley under the intake and u will be able to see if the egr cooler is still present.

my axle is shown as D1 — 3.73 limited slip. The 4.10 is better for pulling and the 3.73 is higher geared, possibly for better fuel mileage?
Is this correct?
Or is it the opposite?

I would recommend cleaning your EGR valve every 10K.

You can also tell if it has a EGR delete by looking for the EGR cooler or if the EGR valve gets dirty after you clean it the EGR system is working as to EPA regs. IE: no EGR delete.

That is correct. Higher numbers for pulling and lower numbers for mileage.
