Hello to all super duty members.I have a 2006 F350 diesel super duty. I've been a gm man all my life, but was introduced to the super duty in 2006 and fell in love with it. My friend and I build Factory Five Racing kit cars. So far we have built five, and we trailer them all over the country to car shows. we pull a 28' enclosed trailer, and have done it all in the Ford. The truck has 130,000 miles on it and more than half are towing miles. I can't stress the dependability of this truck enough. It has never broken down or given us a seconds worry. We have gone on trips for as much as 3000 miles in seven days without a single worry. The truck is extremely well maintained, it has a Banks cool air system and an Edge powertrain system. I can't imagine a finer truck for our purposes. Thank you Steve

Hi my name is Dan and am in the Army. Currently I am in Iraq and will be home soon. I found this site a couple days ago and it seemed like a good place to start for the diesel build-up that I plan to do. I don't have a rig...YET but I will be getting one shortly after I get back.
Yea thats about right with me as well, get one thing fixed and its something else. Doesn't go over so well with the wife but they dont understand lol.
So how are you liking that tc? I think my billet is going out. I'm only 3 months into its one year waranty and I'm gonna try to talk them into letting me paying the difference of the ATS tc. I have that some humming sound during accleration that it had last time it went out and the transmission shop says they think its the turbo. I'm pulling a 18,500lb load tomorrow and I'm hopping that if it is going out, it will go out then.

Just purchased a used '08 F350 6.4 Super Cab Automatic 4 x 4 in Dec. and must say- very pleased with this truck. Carries my 971 Lance cabover very well. Look forward each day to reading and soaking-up some great ideas you guy's give-out.
