Can I reset the trouble light in my truck myself? The truck has been to the shop 3 times for the emissions light and every time they tell me there was a turbo under pressure fault and there is nothing wrong with the truck. It runs fine and I'm sick of paying to have the shop reset the light. Any suggestions?

A less expensive way to go is ScanGaugeII - Scan Tool + Digital Gauges + Trip Computers* SCANGAUGE II.* Read and clear codes(turn off your own CEL), monitors MANY engine parameters(gauges),is also a trip computer and more. $169.95 online!* If you're serious/technical/mechanically inclined and have the money, then the Autoenginuity is the more professional way to go. My scangauge II fits perfectly in the little cubby hole in dash. I drilled a hole in the back, velcroed to the top of cubby and it looks almost stock like, very clean.

Turbo boost codes

If that has truck has factory pcm software I mean no chip the vanes in your vvt are sticking and you need a turbo teardown and clean.

Whats involved in a turbo tear down and clean? Is this something you need the Ford dealer for? Where can I get a assembly drawing of the turbo? Much thanks to all the help from you guys.
