Fixed!!!. Popped the OEM starter in and it fired right up. The fomoco starter is a much better product and built a little different. I think what was happening was the POS starter was bad out of the box. I did bench test it and the output shaft would come out and spin, but for some reason, it just didnt have the power to turn the motor over. So, after all this troubleshooting and hassle, it came back to the starter. Lesson learned!! As far as the oil leak goes, im still trying to locate it. It must be a fairly slow leak cause after letting the truck run for 30 minutes and then taking it for long drive, there were no obvious signs of it. More to come on that. Thanks to everyone who chimed in on this and helped me. You guys rock!!
