Missing/no power

let's check the cable from the battery to the GPR...
here's the source side battery terminal and connection..

O drop.. what we're looking for..

and the negative side OF THE CABLE, with it's reading..

.04 volts..
we're calling that a good cable..

OK.. so what is the drop across the low amp side of the relay?

that's a good coil winding

OK... now, what does the high amp and relay contacts drop?
NOTE: ENERGIZE THE RELAY!

.13 volt..
would hope it would be less, but still acceptable..

.25 volt across a contact, or .2 volt across a cable is good

let's hotwire the one that read OPEN and test it..

yep.. no glow..
