11/98 would be an early build date for the 99's since 98 was skipped altogether. The 99.5's were like 5/99 or 6/99 guys?

hmm, just checked the door panel and it says 11/98! so not sure yet if it's an early or late? thanks for the welcome!

Yep, it be an early 99 then, no turbo surge, forged conecting rods.

Early 99 it has the door emblems, intake around battery and, the side molding goes onto the bed(they quit that mid year)
