Took a whirlwind trip through the Big Horn Mountains,Yellowstone and the Tetons and the Wind River Mountains on wednesday/thrusday on the scooter. Great weather, great roads and great time. Did about 850 miles, heres a few shots, nothing spectacular since it was a rushed trip.

John,
I believe if you look at that thermal closely you'll see that the thing that looks like a wagon wheel is a small sapling pine that died on the edge of the heat and is now curled over. Sure looks like an old steel/spoked wheel though.

As for the 30 odd..... I was wishing I had my Canon instead of the point&shoot, but there is only so much room in the saddlebags.

Enlarged it in PS and yep it's a sapling curled up, but damn it does look like a wagon wheel.

Take everything out of the saddle bags except what important, Digital SLR, wide angle and long lenses, rain suit, and some granola bars and water, get your priorities right will ya :roflmao
