What! No pics of Yogi and Booboo?

Probably because you did not have a picnic basket on your ride. :sorry

Looks like a great trip. Next time we get our heards of Elk at the cabin in Obsidian I gotta remember to snap some pics. They are an amazing site. Gotta love having access to areas like that within an hour or two from home! :sweet

Elk I see untill I am sick of them on a regular basis, Ive only seen one wolf and I am already sick of them. Maybe when the greenies get their way, you too can have wolves reintroduced to Georgia John. I'm sure somewhere in history they were native to the eastern seaboard. I'll refrain from any other political comments on this, but wolves are a very touchy and hot subject in Wyoming/Idaho/Montana.

Mike after a little research on Wolves I can see why they'd be a touchy hot topic. I guess since we don't have them here in the SE we don't see them in the same light as you guys.

Still like to get some good shots though............

They are the topic of at least one story per week in each the Billings Gazette and the Casper Star-Tribune and I'd be willing to bet the Pocatello rag probably covers it as well. Wyoming has filed suit against the USF&WS for their latest rejection of our proposed management plan prior to delisting.

The Wolves & Elk are akin to the Spotted Owl in Oregon. Tree huggers...outa control.

Saw a sign hang'n on the back of a Loggging Truck in Oregon.... Said: Follow Me, To A Spotted Owl Barbaque;)

YellowStone is Deffinetly on our list of places to see when I retire (11 more work dayz). Saw it about 20 years ago..... 3 dayz was'nt enough.
