its cottonmouth season

We killed our first one last night round midnight
it slithered right up next to mrs.PB and she was not happy
good thing it was only about 12" long, i geuss it was looking for a mother figure

rattlesnakes, cottonmouths, copperheads, the red-touchin-yella will kill a fella snake (cant think of it's name)

the only good snake is a dead one.

Where I live we have rattlesnakes. Every summer I kill at least on on my property. I enrolled my border collie in Rattlesnake Avoidance Training. So far...so good.

red/yellow/black = coral snake. darn cottonmouths are MEAN. I had one charge my flatbottom boat while running trot lines a few years back. I dropped the fish and high-tailed it out of there.
