Fuel mileage?

I just a bought a 2011 and my mileage ain't all that great. About the same as my 01 was getting. I saw something on teh internet the other day but I can't find the site again about how the computers in the 2011's were reflashed when they went in for service and it dropped the mileage. Does anyone else know about this or heard this. Its crazy that the 2012's are the same exact trucks and they are getting 3-5 mpg better than the 2011. What gives FORD?

Ford has been re-flashing the ECM for all of these trucks for years. My 2004 was re-flashed and the mileage dropped. They would NOT flash it back and that was that. I have heard this for many models later than mine.
