I have a fuel leak on the top side appears to be under the turbo. Any ideas what could be the culprit? It is leaking at a very alarming rate. I changed the o-rings in the filter drain valve.

Only thing back by the turbo would be the fuel feed line for the passenger side head. The o-ring on the fitting at the head tend to deteriorate and leak down the bellhousing on to the ground.

Is fuel making it to the ground or is it just in the valley?

I had the same problem and it was that passenger side head fuel feed line. But it was not the o ring that had deteriorated it was that the line was rubbing on the valve cover. And i guess with the vibration over time it rubbed a hole through the line and fuel begin to leak. It was a prettey easy fix.
