egr valve is anybody having problems

I have been using Stanydine from the get go and this is my EGR when I took it out to inspect/clean!

My EGR was replaced last winter ( I bought the truck in March.) So, in January mine was replaced.

I am working with AFE on a fix for this problem......I have the new prototype stage 2 on my 05, and will hopefully have a fix for it soon......I will keep you posted! Jason

what are some of the symptons of a faulty egr valve

You will get jumpy acceleration up hills at part to full throttle. It will cough going up hills.
