I didn't think the caster was adjustable on the solid axles? Although I guess it could have some adjustment through the links. That's good to know though.

I don't have the mechanical expertise to comment on your question, but can only speak to what they told me and the fact that it worked. I now have 315k on it and it started at 40k.

2017 F250 “Ultimate Lariat” FX4Been fighting the Death Wobble since 15Kmiles. Replaced the steering dampener with a Rough Country HD (dual piston).
Awesome! Now, I’ve only driven it for a little under 100 miles, but it feels like a completely different vehicle. Time will tell as to whether this lasts. But, I have intentionally hit over 2 dozen spots that previously induced the wobble and ...nothing.
If it returns, I’ll be letting y’all know.

Had it happen a few weeks ago on my completely stock 2012 F250 4X4 Crew Cab with 85k miles.
It was like I had a basket ball on the left front wheel and the only way I could stop it was to pull to the shoulder and slow to 20 miles an hour.
It was crazy!!!

Might be worth checking the front end out. I'm at 66k and just put new tires on. Still no issues thankfully.

I just purchase my 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6.7 diesel in late August, I have 6k miles on the truck and today I had a death wobble and now I can honestly say I hate my truck. Ford knows there are issues with the truck but the continue to pump them out and not fix this issue. I am submitting this as a formal statement that my truck was sold to me with known defects known as "Death Wobble" and Ford is silently trying to fix this without taking a huge hit. My bottom line is this: This was my dream truck for many years, I have worked my ass off to make this happen and now I am utterly scared to drive this truck because Ford fails to take the situation seriously, maybe they need some deaths to happen before they fix this issue. I will say that if a dual shock damper system is the answer then Ford needs to make the call and deliver this as many of us on this forum have paid large amounts of money that is "Built Ford Tough" and now we want to see them fix this "THE RIGHT WAY!"

If you've been having this issue on a 2010 then Ford is in need of a litigation battle to fix or buy back all our trucks for purchase price. I will go bankrupt ensuring Ford does the right thing. Just think, I could've purchased a Ram or Chevrolet but I had faith in Ford. I WAS WRONG!!!

I bet you could get a good trade in value for the truck. Or sell it to a place like Carmax then take the money and use it on another truck. Just my opinion.
I got a call yesterday that my license plates were in at the dealership. Went up there and the guy that put them on asked me if I had heard of the death wobble.....I said yes it had happened to me on my 2012 a few weeks earlier. He told me I had better do a google search to see if this 2020 truck was having the issue. Said a guy that bought a new 2019 came in hot as a fire cracker because it had happened to him. He didn't say how many miles were on it.
