    When does it click? Is it when you first turn your ignition on? If so, its probably your glow plug relay. -Stouff

    As said before alot of factors go into it.... One of which I dont think was recognized is winter blend (#1 Diesel) fuel. This will drop your milage 1-2 mpg while you are using it... I can see 16 in the summer (average city/hw), and in the winter w/ the crappy fuel, and hubs locked, 12-13...

    Definitely depends on what you want to do w/ the truck, But from what it sounds like to me... I would recommend a 3" Down Pipe and if yer up to it a 4" exhaust. Then get guages, Pyro atleast but if yer already doin it, the standard is usually pyro, boost, and tranny temp (if auto). And of...

    warm up time...

    At colder temperatures, I let mine warm up for a couple of minutes.... And when its warm, I start it and go. Plugging it in... I dont bother unless it is less than 15F. Best of Luck!:) -Stouff

    Ya know, the idea of it acting like an exhaust brake has crossed my mind... But I didnt know you can wire it up to only go off on a switch. How hard is this to do, and does anyone have some instructions??? I have a new project for this next weekend now:D :sweet Thanks guys! -Stouff

    Chip or Programmer?

    If you are planning on those bigger injectors, go for the chip hands down. A chip can be burned w/ programs for the bigger squirters :sly And for your injectors, get the 2's..... I have 'em and love 'em, and there are so many people that Ive seen post that they really wish they would have...

    Yeah, take kare of that downpipe.... This is the old one next to the new one... It isnt that good of a pic because the old dp is cut in a mitre, so it looks a helluva lot wider than it really is. This is what ya wanna see. Best of luck! -Stouff
