    Not too much to ask at all. If owned a dealership I think I would always give loaner of whatever vehicle the person wanted. Consider it a long term test drive. I bet it would help sales having people drive the latest model.

    Huh, yeah I found this from USA Today: Record heat wave sears West - USATODAY.com The news numbers always seem low. They think 116 is hot for Vegas but I saw 122 all the time out in Logandale. Last year was hotter for us here. I would still like to see this heat leave.

    Who said that is a record? I am sure I have seen hotter than that in Reno. It sure was hot yesterday, I hardly went outside. I think it only got to 102 or so here but it got really humid in the afternoon.

    Dash work sucks big time, I would rather pull an engine. Also, you will have a hole that will let engine noise in. I would also be concerned that the good head would fail as well. The HeliCoil'd head is stronger than stock so if I bought the tool I might HeliCoil all 8. The other option is...

    Yes, it is all too common for the 5.4L, a woman at work had it happen to their V10 as well. HeliCoiling is a common way of fixing it and much easier than pulling the head not sure how you would get it in there though. It is common enough there may be a custom tool for it. Wait, what do you...

    I watched it. I do not understand why they are using big rigs to carry 10k and 22k loads. Seems to me a Super Duty with a gooseneck would be better. Less weight on the ice and no air brakes to cause problems.

    I have the over the mirror setup and I like the location but the housing gets soft in the heat and deforms. Also, it took a bunch of Dremel work just to get the gauges in.
