    2x's ^ my first clutch went at 130,000 and I replaced it with a luk pedal feels more like a cars clutch than a truck it has a higher clamp force but a lighter let off. so far i'm at 225,000 and pulling a 37' 5er 11000#

    if it is a bounce type bucking the air bag might help but it might also have something to do with the axle flip and you may want to put shocks on the trailer.

    MBRP exhaust

    I used a sawzall and cut it right at the bend broke it apart at the flange (cat). (mine didnt have one) and muffler and tail pipe in one piece, but i also have a lift that made it easy Ive done 2 like that.

    3x if its a 4wd but definately a vacuum prob. pump could be bad also need more info on the truck.

    sounds like you are worring about nothing. Just because the needle doesent go as far right just sound like there was not a high demand on the elect. system the higher the needle goes the harder the alt. is working.

    At 233K, suggestions on what to replace??

    well I have 225*** and have done 2 alt. 1 water pump, ball joints, and tie rods and rear brakes 2 times fronts 1 time, a cps @180*** and a clutch thats all so far. I drive it like I stole it daily. some guys have 500*** + on injectors. I'm a firm believer in if it ain't broke don't mess with it...

    sounds like fuel delivery or lack there of i'd check fuel pump on the rail to start.

    open door indicator wont turn off

    if you wait till the light times out, you can open one door at a time if the light comes on its not that door, it will be the door that does not turn on the light when opened that has the prob. I'd guess its the driver door.I've heard of some that sprayed wd40 into the switch and freed it up but...
