    Find a station that has a high volume turnover of fuel. Truck stops are good. The fuel will be fresher and less likely to have water and algae growth.

    The stock shocks are a joke (although I still have mine a 75K) so I would go ahead and change them. We put Bilstien's on my brother's 04 Excursion and he said they were worth every penny. His is stock too.

    PVC will be fine, the inner diameter will be marginally smaller than steel tubing. But after having the ccv restriction removed you'll still be ahead airflow wise. I believw what you are looking for is PVC repair coupling w/ and OD of 4". Can't remeber if the ID is 3" or 3.5" though.

    Well the 7.3 PMR rods are sized fine for the "intended" application. Just not for adding 150+ additional HP. Then again why should the factory design that in? That is not their goal nor should it be really.

    The 6.0 is not common rail, but I believe is a move advanced version of the 7.3 style hydraulic actuated injectors. The 6.0 also has a better factory turbo. I think more untapped power was left on the table from the factory.

    Well the Expedition is a variation similar to the F150. I don't think there was ever even a rumor that it would have the 6.0 Diesel though. There were rumors of a V6 Diesel.

    I made it in to work through the mahem. Actually the roads from Wylie to Garland and in Garland are a joke. The bridges had minimal ice, nothing to concern yourself with though.

    And if it does ice up we'll be running on idiots playing crash up derby all day. Texans on ice are no fun. Though last year we did have our 50,000# Ladder truck side ways on a bridge just narrowly missing cars. Woo Hoo! It was fun. I can do with out snow or ice in Texas.
