    Have you ever changed your rear end oil? I could see there being so much metal in there that it would bridge the sensor out again. It is one of the reasons I've changed my oil. A lot of metal builds up in the rear end oil and will cause problems like that. Jim

    Instead of shotgunning the problem, put a volt meter on the wiring right at each brake hub. Turn up the controller and manually activate then check the voltage.     I would be interested to see if your dealer would put that in writing without using the words, "in our opinion" or something like that. All the major brands and most of the lesser brands meet the API standards and no one brand has anything over another that is significant to the engine. Jim

    El Cheapo Volt Gauge

    It is a digital volt meter and is probably accurate to a 1/10 of a volt or better and will be as accurate as anything you would ever have need for. I think it would be a little unhandy to look at plugged into the lighter port but for what you want it for, probably will be just fine. Jim

    Changed over to Rotella 5-40 synthetic.
