    Oil and Fuel Filter Caps

Thanks for the info so far guys. I have found a couple of our site sponsors sell the billet oil filter cap and the billet engine mounted fuel filter cap but neither had a listing for a billet HFCM cap. I sent and email to them to see what they have, I am still wondering if the oil filter cap...

    Oil and Fuel Filter Caps

I have been wanting to replace my fuel and oil filter caps with billet ones for awhile now. Where have you guys that have replaced them bought them from? I want to replace both fuel filter caps, especially the one on the HFCM. I also would like to get a wrench that fits them. I would like...

    Dumb Question #4056, Bed interchange.

Might be cheaper in the long run to buy new bed sides and have them installed then purchase a used bed. If you buy a used bed, you will probably just have the same problem down the road (if it comes from the northern states anyway).

    Twitter

You just have to be careful of who you allow as a friend. Like JL said stay away from the "friend collectors" Some peoples whole goal in life is to reach "X" amount of friends on whatever site. Quite a few pro sports leagues are using twitter to send instant score updates to fans. Not a...

    Twitter

Some of these social networks have their good points. I never really wanted to get into them but my wife made me a myspace page while I was in Afghanistan but I never really used it. We then checked out facebook and its not to bad. I have connected with some friends I haven't seen in over 17...

    Dumb Question #4056, Bed interchange.

I don't have the dimensions on hand but there is no way a bed off a 97 F-150 is going to fit a 99 and up Super Duty. Even when they changed the F-150 design in '97 the 250 and 350's continued with the OBS until the 99 SD's came out.

    Tranny Problem

Not sure where to go with it. I just had mine flushed for the first time at 60,000 miles. I changed it myself at 30,000 but wanted to make sure all the fluid was changed. You still under warranty?

Very nice work! Great idea on the using the 7 pin cover and nice fab work on the plate. :sweet:hail I didn't really need one in my bed but since I have seen what a good job you did, c'mon over and do mine. :D

    steering stabilizer

Whatever you get I would suggest that you ensure it has a lifetime warranty. My original on my '04 started leaking in about two years. I went to Napa and bought a stock replacement which was a Monroe. That started leaking after about two years also. The one I bought didn't have a lifetime...

Question What did you do to your truck today?

I have had mine for four years and I love it. What model did you install? I installed mine with a FM modulator instead of running it off a radio station. 1000 times better :sweet:sweet:sweet this is what I used FM Modulators at Crutchfield.com

    An RV Awning adventure ?

Sounds pretty nice. I used to install awnings on RV's when I was in high school and just after. I never had a chance to do one of those, not even sure if they were around back then (early 90's) Did mostly A&E's, nice product. I think we will be needing some pics of this!!!

    Paid off truck

With all the excitement in the last month or so with my new son being born, I forgot to post that the truck is now PAID OFF! Such a good feeling to know its mine and will be mine for a long time to come (knock on wood) I think this is my first time without a vehicle payment since 1994, I...

    Pitman arm nut?

Most Auto part stores or tool supply places will let you walk out and try a socket on the truck to confirm it is the correct size. Of course this will only work if your truck is not in pieces in your drive way. I don't know if I have any sockets that big here or not. I will check and see if...

    Question 12v wiring question

Stephen, Here is the thread I started when I was tossing around the same idea a while back. I still haven't installed mine yet but I need to get on it soon. My major problem was deciding if I want it in the back or in the cab. I am leaning towards the cab. Hope this helps some...

Hey TG my new oil burner

WOW! nice ride Robert! ;tu By the way I used to work at a RV dealership as well. Of course it was 16 years ago before I came in the Army. I still know and talk to the owner though. Is that a gasser or a diesel pusher? Need to get some pictures of the inside. I am surprised they let...
