    On the Road help!!!

I was going to suggest checking the connection at the starter... I had a very similar problem.. Bolt/nut and cables were corroded. I took it all off and cleaned the cables and such with a pocket knife and found a new bolt at the International dealer, and good to go. Check out this...

All the sensors look good MAP, ICP everything points to injectors... "Its hot as a Depot Stove" I'm 55 and my GrandPaw said that. Something to do with a pot belly stove that sat at a train depot. and it would turn cherry red. Any way it is HOT... 96 in the shade, Did I say it was HOT....:D...

Truck has NO POWER, can't spin wheels in wet grass...

I have had my hands full trying to fix this beast...and trying to make a living at the same time. Hopefully a new set of injector O rings (on a set of Stage 1 injectors) is gonna fix the problem. I have about 500 miles or less on this oil change and I now have at least a quart and a half more...

Truck has NO POWER, can't spin wheels in wet grass...

On a 96 model, Ford has two lights, one for water in the fuel and one for the filter. The Sooper Dootie doesn't have this feature. Fuel canister has been taken apart all screens and filters have been cleaned and the fuel filter has been changed... Thanks, RoReRi

Truck has NO POWER, can't spin wheels in wet grass...

I bought a 55 gallon barrel of Shell Rotell T 10w30 at SAMs about 6 months or so ago. I think I stole it for $220.00, but thats what I used. BUT, read further... Truck has NO POWER, can't spin wheels in wet grass...

Just checked the oil, and it looks to be a little too full, like about a quart. Maybe a quart and a half. Could too much oil cause this problem, I've got a fumoto oil valve so releasing a quart or so isn't much of a problem... Oil is a dark golden brown, not black, and full of soot...

No boost gauge but while I have had this problem, I had the EBPV gutted and the up pipes checked, had a small leak from passengers side exaust manafold to the up pipe, but all looks good now. I do hear the turbo spooling up pretty good when I try to "pass" someone on the interstate. No...

    charging problems

You may want to check the fuseable link, sometimes it gets hot, but not to the point of breaking the link, causing a higher resistace with intermittant connection properties... In other words "Just plain flaky" Good luck! RoReRi

Truck has NO POWER, can't spin wheels in wet grass...

My truck is really sick…. Has absolutely no power at all, it will go through the motions, but absolutely no power at all. On a cold crank up it will idle ok, not good but ok. But when hot it will not idle, it will cut right off. It will spool up the turbo and rev up to 3 grand, or to the rev...

    WVO

The only thing I can say and I'm not 100% sure that WVO caused the problem. The truck had 98,000 miles on it when I got it, so thats kind of where I'm comming from. I had the lift pump go out on me. It cost me about 80 clams for a new one, and lots of strong language, cut up, and busted up...

    WVO

New to this site, but not new to WVO, just about to sing the birthday song to my 96 WVO burner. The first of May will be one year and 1500 plus gallons of WVO, and some 23,000 miles or so, :sweet :sweet :sweet on just WVO. I have put about 30,000 miles total miles so maybe 7,000 miles has...
