    305/70 are actually smaller in diameter but wider. 285/ 75 are more narrow but taller.

    Mine went for 345,000 before going out but it was intermitant. While at road speeds would shut out then come back. At that time I wish I had one to fix on the side of the road instead of having to drive 200 miles so I could get one.

    Aux Fuel Tank install paper

    My granddad had has a sealed aux tank with just screw on cap(no vent on it). He has to open the cap to pump his fuel in. I did the mod you did of putting the vent from the tank to the filler neck.

    Some places won't mount that size tire on that swize rims. They refuse too. Find you a shop that will and go for it.

    It sounds like what I hear more promenant on manual trans when they are accelerating hard then let off and it kind of whistles(is the way I would have to describe it). I hear it a lot more on the cummins with straight pipes. The manual PSDs do it as well when shifting I just see more cummins...

    Exhaust Location

    Run it back to were it dumps under the bed instead of the cab. I have a friend who tried both. Under the cab is loud but under the bed makes it less. Anytime you bring it closer to the cab it will be louder but not to bad or he didn't mind much.

    ATF as additive in 6.0??

    My mechanic that use to work for Ford on nithing but Poserstrokes says to always use some type of additive for lubricity. Now he did say not to use ATF in the 6.0. I would say find a good fuel treatment and use that.

    I have noticed the powersteering pump seems to be leaking on of one of the hoses that exits on the right side of the pump. It seems that the hose going into the connector is loose. Is there a oring in there that possibly needs replacing to make it seal? I know that it is coming from that...

    Be careful with these. I was talking to a guy at Goodyear when I got my tires put on a while back. He said that a guy has some 16.5 and Goodyear only made two tires in that size. He said they are really hard to find as well, not to many are made.

    It might be time to change my fuel filter but it still does it right after I have changed it before. I have been thinking about putting on a 1.0 housing on the turbo instead of the factory 1.15.
