After closer inspection I noticed that the rear portion of my lift is from lift blocks. I am just wondering how safe this is given the F-350 has a larger than normal block already? I do not hot rod the truck at all and I am not really going to tow anything.

Just put some ladder bars on the rear and it will be fine. A lot of people do that and theres nothing to worry about.:sweet

Like Big Rooster said, most are lift blocks in the rear. That's what I've got on mine, they said if I switch to springs that I'll lose my load capacity. I don't have any ladder bars or anything, and I get on it pretty hard, no problems other than a driveshaft vibration. I was told the only way to get rid of that it to have a one piece DS made. I do plan on getting ladder bars, to help with the axle wrap.
