    I have no crusty white stuff around the cap or under it. I was guessing that the engine was eating it somewhere. The coolant check out fine for combustion gases. The head gaskets are fine as well.

    They checked the coolant for combustion gases and none and they pressure checked the EGR and nothing. Under the hood is as clean as it was when I bought the truck new in 04.

    Coolant usage My truck is an 04 it doesn't have the Degas bottle that came on the 05. I looked for it reading some other threads. I was told by the dealership that they thought I was over boosting it. I have the edge insight that reads PID of the ECM and a Pyro. It said 27lbs of boost. Not sure...

    AFE intake

    I have a stage 2 on my 04 and love it and never had that problem. I did get the Pro7 and a outerware for it and it helps keep the big stuff from plugging the vains.
