Has anyone had any problems with the steering getting tight? This is on my 06 cc 4x4. is seems to happen more when i am stopping and turning, like making a Y turn or backing out of a parking space. the ball joints are good, along with the ujoints. i am not sure if it is in the gear box or the...- hotrodhauler

i have a 2006 and want to put arp head studs in. can you get the studs installed without taking the engine out or lifting the body off? i heard the trick of using rubber band to hold the bolts up while putting the head on, i was thinking this my work on the studs as well. any thoughts or...- hotrodhauler

Help Needed 2006 6.0 start and die and no throtle
it's alive The power service 911 worked the truck is runnig fine. i was told by my fried that works at a ford dealer that it is a good idea the change the fuel filters because the fuel may not completely degel. i am going to replace them monday just for goo measure. Thanks to all for the help.- hotrodhauler

The only reason i thought it might be the filter is that i was driving all day in light powdery snow last friday. and the filter gauge was quite frosted over. i am going to get an additive is there one you suggest? Thanks- hotrodhauler

the temp has been below 0 for two days. the truck started and warmed up and then i got on the freeway and got off the next exit and then i had no throtle and it was chuging. i let it idle and it smoothed out and then i drove slow to a parking lot and was ok if i stayed off the boost. a friend...- hotrodhauler

egr delete ???
egr info i talked to the guy in flordia that makes the kit for Innovative and he said that paul at Innovative can send a custom tune for the sct tuner to turn off the egr and not throw a code or CEL. i have not called innovative yet. i am looking at deleting the egr with that kit and getting a...- hotrodhauler

no, i dont think i lost a weight, there is a weight on the inside and outside of both front tires. the tires and wheels are stock. I am going to have the balance checked this weekend. I will call ford and try to find out about the tsb too. Thanks Cory- hotrodhauler
