Loud Squeaking From Passenger Side KingPins?
It is on a 4wd 2003 F-250. When you turn the steering wheel it sqeaks really loud from the front passenger side king pins if that is what you call them . They dont look like ball joints. I can't find any grease zerks to even try to grease to see if that is the problem. Any body have any...- metx

Ford recall 1.8M trucks and SUV - 7.3L CPS!! **Main Discussion thread**
I have an 01' F-250.; I am not the original owner and have not gotten a notice from Ford. I have a new replacement CPS in the glovebox I purchased off eBay a while back but would just as soon Ford replace the one on the engine. I got an Autoenginuity on the way. I think I found the problem. Just need to get a plan on how to fix it. I am sure it is in the injector harness on the left valve cover. When i wiggle it while engine is running the idle smooths out and then will stumble so i am sure it is either on top or maybe...- metx

This is an '01 F250 w/7.3 PS and auto trans with 116,000 miles. At work today I jumped in my truck to go to the store and a couple miles down the road I noticed loss of power ,roughness and looked down and the SES light was on. Thinking about upgrading my fuel tank...questions.
Well I just got off the phone with them and they said they don't work with diesels-mad . Anybody know of something else similiar that will work with our trucks?- metx

Torque Convertor Lockup Devise
Are any of you using such device ? When towing sometimes the convertor unlocks when I think it will pull ok even if it stayed locked. Like right at the crest of the hill and it unlocks-mad . I have seen a few devices that you can control the lockup funtion with a momentary or even a toggle...- metx

Rear Axle Ratio

Rear Axle Ratio
I want to know what the rear ratio on my 01' F-250 PS is. It is 2WD and auto trans. I crawled under it and there were 2 tags on the coverplate. One says to use only Synthetic oil and the other says"S 409 H L73 10 5 1A12". Anyone decipher this for me? TIA- metx
