    How do you clean the EGR? My truck is suffering from the same starting problem. Plus I would like to make sure everything is done so I am getting the best MPG(12 right now w/38" tires).

    We just got back from a 600+ mile trip and we averaged 12MPG and 98% of the driving was highway. With the 38" tires were figured on a 10% diff. into our calculations. It would be nice to get in the high teens, but with the large tires I do not think it will happen.

    Thanks. I am really excited about it. I will post more pictures as I finish the side steps and the front and rear bumpers. The coolest thing for me is to learn more about the 6.0 deisel which I am hoping to do via this forum.

    Thanks Chris. The chassis is all VW. It has 4" taken out of the lower part of the body, 7" out of the roof and lowered 3" in the back and 5" in the front for a total height of 38" which is how tall the tires are on our F250.
