window regulators

Can anyone tell me if the power window regulators from a 92 Ford Econoline van will fit in my 97 F-450 Super Duty. Or more specifically the motor unit?

I don't think so, as it is a different window and door. I have no idea if the motor works in the F-450.

Thanks, I am going to scrap this van and want to pull off some parts and I thought mayby these would interchange
