Wierd turbo noise? 2003 6.0

Just yesterday I noticed a fluttering or a slight tapping noise from my exhaust and I traced it back to my turbo, what is this ? Now the turbo makes a winding noise when I take off from a stop not as much whistle but still has power and whistle once moving and goinig down the road. What is going on I'm worried. Anybody know what is wrong please help?
