Some people are like Slinkies. They are not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Thats pretty funny:roflmao

I don't recall, but you can take the marmon clamp off easily and move the downpipe enough to see it.

hello everybody first time to post thank you for the forum. have f-250 1996 7.3 turbo stock truck dont drive it hard 65mph easy around town will pull 24ft pontoon every now an then best mpg has been 8 to 10mpg .i bought truck used from old man who pulled camping trailer with it.has 117,000 on it and the only mod is no converter or muffler has a new turbo and waste gate unhooked.other people i have talked to say they get 20mpg from there 7.3 what could be wrong.truck has 4.10 gears.and could any one tell me what size my front an back fuel tanks are.

Every diesal owner must BS on the mleage as based upon friends who own Dodge and Chevy and claim 18 while towing a 5th wheel and never know it's there.
I have 2000 F 250 SD 7.3 with 33k completely stock 3.73RE
do not drive it on the road except to tow 35ft 5th wheel. Both times took long trips drove the speed limit 65 on freeway and combination of 65 and 55mph averaged 10+going and 11+returning GVWR of 18,000lbs weighed.
In town very short trips average 12 to 14 MPG.Only time on the road mileage but not positive was completely filled got 20 MPG( I'm not sure I believe it)
Have kept track with canopy and about 750 lbs of camping gear got 15 MPG over Mt Hood in a hurry.
