I washed and waxed it. Gotta get ready for Winter.....
Had one Fog/Ditch light out.. replaced them both with a pair of H3 "Silver-star's".. WOW whata dif. Lights up the night.. Even better, along with the Silver-Star H/light bubs..

Well, since I don't have the F350 to work on anymore, the only thing I can report on
is my wife's Expedition. It has taken a back seat to the F350 for over 4 years.
So I have a lot of catching up to do in the way of taking better care of it.
Hope y'all don't mind if I report on what I do to it from time to time.
Saturday I washed it. Today I cleaned all the windows (inside and out) and
sprayed down the the tires with some shiney stuff.
Hope to vacuum it out good tomorrow.
I need some fuel mileage mods that I can do to the 5.4.
Would a better air intake filter/set-up help this gasser out?

Mileage mods for a 5.4 would be a 4BT
Cummins on a small scale.
Hmm, break out the shoe horn and go for a 7.3. Maybe a 6.0 if you want the extreme challenge.

F-250 Care Taker
Two new Diehard Gold batteries! Replaced tore slip joint boot on driveshaft. Tried replacing license plate light bulbs only to realize that the problem is in the wiring. Anyone else have a problem with these lights?
