Well, after seven years of an intermittent battery light coming on I secured the single wire on top of the alternator which connects the stator by replacing the loose clip. Finally the flickering has stopped once and for all. No more wiggling wire! :sweet Should have done this years ago.

Installed IH bellowed up pipes, replaced turbo pedestal o-rings, and cleaned the valley. Also removed the cancer ridden portions of my exhaust (muffler back). Rigged up a side exit in front of the tire until I can get a new kit ordered. Greased both slip-yokes.

Yanked the turbo out this Monday/Tuesday. Opened it up and resurfaced the unison ring, turbine housing & the variable veins.

Waiting on a new VGT solenoid to come in and a new compressor housing O-ring.

Also sent the FICM off to Power Hungry Performance to get tuned. It should be
here this coming Monday.

Hope to have the truck back & running next week.

Todays project was the Super Duty replacement vehicle. Pimped the rusty old 90 F350 with some factory alloys;tu. Looks like lip stick on a pig.:lmao
